The Learning Tree Childcare & Preschool is looking for caring, dedicated, and energetic individuals to join our team! We provide a fun, safe, and nurturing environment where children can learn, explore, and grow—and we need passionate team members who share our mission.
Current Openings
- Lead Teachers (Preschool, Pre-K)
- Assistant Teachers / Classroom Support Staff
- Mid-Day breakers (part-time, flexible hours)
What You’ll Do
- Create and maintain a safe, positive, and engaging classroom environment.
- Support children’s social, emotional, and educational development.
- Work collaboratively with co-teachers and staff.
- Communicate effectively with families using Brightwheel.
- Follow ND childcare licensing rules and The Learning Tree policies.
Qualifications
- Experience working with children preferred (we’re happy to train the right person!).
- CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education (required for licensed preschool teacher roles).
- Must be reliable, team-oriented, and passionate about early education.
- Ability to pass background check and meet ND state childcare requirements.
Pay & Benefits
- Competitive hourly pay: $14.50–$17.25 (based on role & experience).
