Overview
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Instructors for Guitar, Drums, Bass, Piano and Voice to inspire and cultivate musical talent among students of all ages. In this role, you will deliver engaging guitar lessons that foster creativity, technical skill, and a love for music. Your expertise will help students develop their instrumental performance abilities while creating a positive and motivating learning environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive guitar curricula tailored to diverse skill levels, from beginner to advanced.
- Conduct engaging individual and group lessons that emphasize technical proficiency, musicality, and performance skills.
- Develop creative lesson plans incorporating elements of music theory, sight-reading, improvisation, and repertoire building.
- Manage classroom dynamics effectively, ensuring a respectful, inclusive, and motivating atmosphere for all students.
Requirements
- Strong background in musical instruments with expertise in guitar techniques and performance styles.
- Experience working with children, youth programs, or early childhood education environments a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with students of varying ages and skill levels
