Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated infant Teacher to join our team. As a Infant Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children to learn and grow. Your role will involve planning and implementing age-appropriate activities, fostering social and emotional development, and promoting a love for learning.
Duties:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational goals
- Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment
- Provide individualized attention and support to each child
- Foster social skills and promote positive behavior management techniques
- Encourage creativity and imagination through various activities such as arts and crafts, music, and storytelling
- Assess students' progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive learning community
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and any incidents
Skills:
- Classroom management: Ability to create an organized and engaging classroom environment
- Experience working with children: Understanding of child development principles and the ability to meet the unique needs of each student
- Child welfare: Knowledge of health, safety, and nutrition guidelines for young children
- Lesson planning: Ability to design age-appropriate lesson plans that promote educational growth

Requirements:
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
- Previous experience working with preschool or toddler-aged children is highly desirable
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
