About the Role
We are seeking a full-time chef with a passion for sharing culinary knowledge and inspiring others in the kitchen. In this role, you will lead engaging, hands-on cooking classes for both kids and adults. Our classes are designed for the general public—not for culinary students—so an enthusiastic, approachable, and entertaining personality is a must!
You’ll be responsible for teaching culinary techniques, guiding participants step-by-step, and ensuring every class is both fun and educational.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach scheduled cooking classes for kids and adults
- Demonstrate culinary techniques in an engaging and approachable way
- Create a fun, safe, and professional classroom environment
- Ensure classes run smoothly and on schedule
- Maintain a dependable presence, as classes must be led by a chef
Qualifications
- 3 years of professional kitchen experience or culinary degree (preferred but not required)
- Previous teaching or training experience (helpful, but not required)
- Strong communication skills with an enthusiastic and entertaining personality
- Ability to adapt to different learning styles and age groups
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
Schedule & Hours
- Full-time: 40 hours per week
- Typical hours: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Flexible weekend availability required
