Responsibilities
- Support the Director in developing and executing the school's strategic vision and educational goals.
- Lead curriculum development efforts to enhance instructional quality and student achievement across all grade levels.
- Oversee classroom management and supervise teachers to ensure effective teaching practices and student engagement.
- Manage school operations, including discipline support, improving outcomes and fostering engagement.
- Facilitate professional development opportunities for staff to promote continuous improvement and leadership growth.
- Engage with students, parents, and community stakeholders through public speaking, meetings, and outreach efforts to foster strong relationships.
Requirements
- Proven experience in education administration with a strong background in teaching and classroom management.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience supervising staff and managing teams effectively.
- Strong communication skills suitable for public speaking engagements and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience working with students from diverse backgrounds and abilites to promote an inclusion-based learning environment.
- Knowledge of education policies, regulations, and best practices in school management.
