Our Christian Childcare Center is looking for a leader in our infant and/or toddler classrooms. Do you love to plan, organize, teach, and have fun? If so, this could be the perfect job for you! This is a full-time, full-year position. We are looking for someone who loves God and loves to work with children and make a difference.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to the needs of infants.
- Foster a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes early childhood development.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians.
- Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance educational programs.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with teaching methods and educational trends.
Qualifications
- CDA, associate's degree, bachelor's degree in ECE or related field
- Proven experience in education administration
- Strong background in teaching
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with children and adults
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to fostering a positive learning environment for infants & toddlers
