Responsibilities
- Assist Lead Teachers in creating welcoming, engaging classroom spaces for children to learn, play, and grow.
- Support the implementation of our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, adapting to the unique needs of Infants, Toddlers, and Preschoolers.
- Help maintain a safe, nurturing environment where children can explore and thrive.
- Provide support in monitoring developmental milestones and assisting with classroom activities.
- Communicate with parents and families, sharing updates and supporting positive relationships.
- Collaborate with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, engagement, and overall success.
- Foster teamwork and contribute to a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma (required); Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred).
- Experience: Previous experience working in a childcare or educational setting is highly preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication, organization, time management and interpersonal skills, patience, creativity, and a passion for working with young children.
- Certifications: CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
