At The Learning Experience® (TLE), we make early education joyful, engaging, and meaningful for children—and empowering for franchisees. As a New Center Openings Manager, you’ll lead the charge in bringing new TLE centers to life across the country. From hiring and training to operational readiness and grand openings, you’ll be the bridge between franchisees, field teams, and the corporate support network that makes each launch a success.
What You’ll Do
- Drive Launch Readiness: Partner with franchisees to prepare new centers for successful openings—covering staffing, licensing, operations, and training.
- Coach & Empower Leaders: Train and support Center Directors and Leadership Teams to deliver exceptional family experiences and strong team culture.
- Ensure Operational Excellence: Oversee compliance with state childcare regulations, TLE standards, and brand protocols throughout the opening process.
- Support Enrollment & Marketing: Collaborate with local and corporate Marketing to drive awareness, tours, and early enrollment momentum.
- Track & Improve Performance: Analyze staffing, enrollment, and P&L data to identify gaps and implement improvement plans.
- Champion Best Practices: Serve as a business consultant, helping franchisees adopt systems that strengthen consistency, quality, and results.
- Be the Brand Ambassador: Model TLE’s mission and values—making every new center opening a joyful, seamless experience for families and teams.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience: 3 years in multi-unit operations, franchise management, childcare, retail, or hospitality.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent operational leadership experience.
- Skills: Strong project management, business acumen, and analytical capability with exceptional communication and influencing skills.
- Mindset: A coach and problem-solver who thrives on helping others succeed and can lead through complexity with optimism and structure.
- Flexibility: Ability to travel up to 80% and work a variable schedule based on center opening timelines.
