The Licensing Specialist is primarily responsible for licensing of all TLE centers, (New, Transfers, and/or Sales), as required per state regulations.

The Licensing Specialist is primarily responsible for licensing of all TLE centers, (New, Transfers, and/or Sales), as required per state regulations.
TLE Licensing Specialist leads the licensing process throughout the United States, completing applications, and scheduling necessary inspections. Additionally, will support the Company by submitting and managing the licensing process for centers including collaborating with different departments.

Responsibilities
- Completion and submission of all licensing applications to the appropriate state licensing departments.
- Ensure compliance with State and Federal guidelines.
- Coordinate licensing visits with the appropriate NCO Manager.
- Effectively manage the various stages of center development from construction to opening.
- Provide training, consultation, and technical assistance regarding licensing of TLE centers.
- Acts as a liaison by communicating and responding, at a professional level, with state and local governmental licensing agencies to ensure a smooth and transparent licensing process.
- Coordinates and participates in meetings with staff, franchise owners, local governmental licensing agencies and corresponding departments when needed.
Requirements
- 2 years’ experience with government licensing agencies (Preferred)
- Computer proficiency including MS Office and Excel
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Ability to travel 15-20%
- Understand basic legal principles of entity formation and corporate structure.
Salary : $60,000 - $65,000
