About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as the Daycare Center Co-Director at The Learning Experience - Triangle area , NC. This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of children and families while working in a fun and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Center Director in managing the day-to-day operations of the daycare center
- Supervise and support staff members to ensure a safe and nurturing environment for children
- Implement curriculum and educational programs that promote early childhood development

- Ensure compliance with state licensing regulations and company policies
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role at a daycare or early childhood education center
