Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive curriculum plans aligned with early childhood education standards, including Montessori and other pedagogical approaches.

- Facilitate age-appropriate activities that promote literacy, math skills, physical education, and overall development tailored to toddlers and preschoolers.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively using positive reinforcement strategies and behavior management techniques.
- Conduct assessments of individual progress through observations and standardized testing to inform lesson planning and support early intervention when needed.
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to communicate children's progress, address concerns, and support child welfare initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, developmental milestones, and lesson plans to ensure compliance with childcare standards and private school requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience working with children in a preschool or daycare setting, including classroom management and lesson planning expertise.
- Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, early intervention strategies, and special education needs.
- Demonstrated ability to develop engaging curricula that incorporate literacy education, math concepts, physical activities, and sensory play.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively work with students, parents, colleagues, and community partners.
- Familiarity with classroom experience in private schools or daycare environments is preferred.
- Certification or training in early childhood education or Montessori methods is highly desirable.
