Location: River Vale, NJ
Pay: $17 per hour

About The Learning Experience
The Learning Experience – River Vale is seeking a caring and enthusiastic Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood education team. Our preschool classrooms provide a warm, playful, and developmentally rich environment where children learn through hands-on exploration and discovery.

Key Responsibilities
- Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging preschool classroom environment.
- Support learning through play, circle time, art, early literacy, and age-appropriate activities.
- Foster social-emotional development and positive peer interactions.
- Communicate with families daily about classroom experiences and progress.
- Maintain a clean, organized classroom that supports learning and independence.
- Ensure compliance with all New Jersey childcare licensing regulations.
Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience working with children in a daycare, preschool, or childcare setting preferred.
- CDA or Early Childhood coursework a plus (not required).
- Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
- Reliable, patient, and passionate about working with preschool-age children.
