About The Learning Experience
The Learning Experience – Ramsey is seeking a warm, dedicated Infant & Toddler Lead Teacher to join our early childhood education team. Our center provides a nurturing, play-based environment where children grow, explore, and build foundational skills in their earliest years.
This role is perfect for an educator who loves working with young children and is committed to creating a safe, caring, and developmentally rich classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead an infant or toddler classroom following New Jersey licensing and safety guidelines.
- Create a nurturing, predictable environment that supports secure attachments and early learning.
- Implement The Learning Experience L.E.A.P. Curriculum with age-appropriate activities.
- Support early milestones such as language development, motor skills, and social-emotional growth.
- Communicate daily with families about routines, care notes, and developmental progress.
- Partner with co-teachers and leadership to uphold quality and consistency.
Qualifications (NJ Requirements)
- At least 6 months of experience in a licensed daycare, childcare, or preschool program (1 year preferred).
- Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices for infants and toddlers.

CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
- Ability to meet all NJ DCF childcare licensing guidelines.
