The Learning Experience – Milford is seeking an experienced Early Childhood Education Teacher to serve as a Floater Teacher across our Infant, Toddler, and Preschool classrooms.

What You'll Do
- Provide teaching support across Infant, Toddler, and Preschool classrooms
- Step into classrooms as needed for coverage, breaks, and staffing needs
- Implement developmentally appropriate activities and classroom routines
- Engage children through play, learning centers, music, art, and outdoor activities
- Assist with meals, diapering/toileting, rest time, and transitions as appropriate
- Maintain safe, clean, and organized classroom environments
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and teaching teams
- Follow all Massachusetts EEC licensing and safety requirements
- Massachusetts EEC Infant/Toddler and Preschool Teacher Certification required
- Previous professional childcare, daycare, or preschool experience preferred
- Comfortable working across multiple classrooms and age groups
- Flexible, dependable, and able to adapt throughout the day
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- $20–$21 per hour
