Toddler Teacher – The Learning Experience Hell's Kitchen
Location: New York, NY (Hell's Kitchen)
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday – Friday
Pay Range: $22 – $25 per hour

Position Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Lead 2’s Teacher to join our Hell's Kitchen team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in early childhood education and a passion for supporting the growth and development of young learners.
Responsibilities
- Lead the 2’s classroom with creativity, structure, and warmth.
- Implement The Learning Experience L.E.A.P. Curriculum aligned with age-appropriate milestones.
- Create and maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding classroom activities and child progress.
- Mentor and collaborate with assistant teachers to ensure consistent classroom excellence.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with state and center policies.
Qualifications
- BA or AA in Early Childhood Education (ECE), CDA certification, or a minimum of 5 years of professional childcare experience with a high school diploma.
- Minimum of 1 year of classroom experience working with toddlers or preschoolers preferred.
- Strong understanding of child development and developmentally appropriate practices.
- Must meet all New York State childcare licensing requirements.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred (training available).
