About This Opportunity
The Learning Experience – Foxboro is hiring an experienced Early Childhood Lead Teacher to guide one of our toddler or preschool classrooms. Our center is known for creating a structured, nurturing, and engaging learning environment where children develop confidence, curiosity, and a love of learning through play-based instruction.
This role is ideal for an ECE-certified teacher who enjoys leading a classroom, mentoring team members, and delivering high-quality early childhood education in a daycare or preschool setting.
What You’ll Be Doing
Oversee daily classroom operations while maintaining a safe, positive learning environment- Lead and support assistant teachers through coaching and example
- Deliver engaging lessons using The Learning Experience curriculum framework
- Adapt activities to support individual learning styles and developmental needs
- Build strong partnerships with families through daily communication and updates
- Work closely with center leadership to support enrollment, retention, and program quality
- Ensure compliance with all Massachusetts health, safety, and licensing standards
Qualifications
- Massachusetts EEC certification required
Minimum 6 months of classroom teaching experience (1 year preferred) - Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred
- Strong understanding of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP)
- CPR/First Aid preferred
