What You’ll Do Lead both the people and the performance of your center—balancing education, operations, and business goals.
People Leadership
- Recruit, develop, and retain a strong, engaged team
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and accountable culture
- Deliver coaching, feedback, and performance management
- Serve as a trusted partner to staff and families
Enrollment & Growth
- Execute marketing and community outreach strategies
- Lead tours and convert prospective families
- Drive enrollment and retention through strong relationships and service
- Monitor trends and adjust strategies using data
Operations & Financial Performance
- Manage budgets, P&L, and enrollment targets
- Ensure accurate billing, payroll, and financial compliance
- Optimize staffing and operational efficiency
Quality & Compliance
- Maintain a safe, clean, and fully compliant center
- Uphold licensing standards and health/safety protocols
- Ensure classrooms, records, and systems meet brand expectations
Qualifications
- 1 years of leadership experience (2 preferred)
- Required Director Credential and licensing compliance
- Bachelor’s degree in ECE or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of early childhood education and regulations
