Key Responsibilities
- Support classrooms from infants (6 weeks) through PreK (5 years)
- Provide coverage for staff breaks, absences, and transitions
- Assist with opening or closing duties based on schedule needs
- Maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment in every classroom
- Follow established routines and support ageappropriate activities
- Build positive, professional relationships with children, families, and staff
- Experience working with young children across multiple age groups
- Strong adaptability and comfort stepping into different classrooms
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Open availability to meet the needs of the center
- Has or will obtain the 15hour South Carolina Health & Safety Certification (free) before orientation day
- Has or will obtain First Aid/CPR certification
- Education in Early Childhood Education or a related field is a plus
