What You’ll Do
Create a safe, loving, and engaging classroom environment.- Assist the Lead Teacher with daily classroom tasks.
- Build strong relationships with families by sharing daily updates, photos, and milestones.
- Collaborate with other teachers and center leadership to maintain a positive and supportive workplace.
- Model best practices in early childhood education and help guide assistant teachers in the classroom.
- Ensure compliance with all Connecticut state licensing and safety standards.
