The Learning Experience in Bakersfield is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Preschool Teacher to guide children as they learn, grow, and build independence in a nurturing and structured classroom environment. What You Will Do
- Create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom environment
- Support social, emotional, cognitive, and motor development
- Implement age appropriate curriculum and structured learning activities
- Maintain classroom organization and licensing standards
- Build strong relationships with families and team members
- Ensure the health, safety, and supervision of all children
California Requirements
- Minimum twelve completed ECE units required
- Ability to lift at least 25 pounds
- Must meet California state background check and health requirements
