Duties
- Be a very caring motherly type teacher for kids
- Be a team player and work as one positive team
- Implement STEM lesson plans ( course material provided)
- Create a safe, welcoming, classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to foster positive relationships and support child development.
- Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive social interactions among students.
- Observe and assess children's progress, adapting teaching methods to meet individual needs.
- Maintain a clean, organized classroom
Experience
- Previous experience working in daycare or preschool settings is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices is essential.
- Familiarity with lesson planning and classroom management techniques.
- Experience working with children of diverse backgrounds and abilities is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Ability to use iPads efficiently
