• Foster a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment for 2-year-old children.

• Observe and assess children’s progress, providing feedback to parents and caregivers.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom, ensuring safety standards are met.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to enhance the overall learning experience.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child’s development and classroom activities.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Requirements:

• Must have a high school diploma; an associate's or bachelor's degree in early childhood education is preferred.
• Experience working with young children, preferably in a daycare or preschool setting.
• CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to create a positive, engaging, and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
• Passion for early childhood education and child development.
• Background check clearance required.
• Flexible, patient, and enthusiastic demeanor when interacting with children.
