Pay: $16.50 – $18.00 per hour (based on experience and education)
Are you a nurturing and dependable Infant Teacher looking to make a difference in the lives of little ones? The Learning Experience – Dripping Springs is seeking a loving and dedicated teacher to join our growing childcare team! Our center is a place where “Happy Happens Here,” and our teachers help create that joy every day!
We’re looking for someone passionate about early childhood development who thrives in a warm, family-focused environment. You’ll play a key role in helping our youngest learners reach developmental milestones through sensory play, music, movement, and responsive caregiving.
Responsibilities:
- Provide a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment for infants (6 weeks to 12 months).
- Follow a daily schedule that includes feeding, diapering, tummy time, and early learning activities.
- Build loving relationships with babies, families, and co-teachers.
- Communicate regularly with parents about their child’s daily experiences, growth, and milestones.
- Maintain compliance with Texas childcare licensing standards and safety policies.
Qualifications:
- At least 6 months of professional infant or childcare experience (required).
- CDA, Associate’s Degree, or higher in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
- CPR/First Aid certification (required).
- Genuine love and patience for infants and early learning.
