Assistant Teacher – The Learning Experience | Full-Time
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday – Friday
Pay: $16-18 per hour

Role Responsibilities
- Support Lead Teachers in implementing The Learning Experience’s L.E.A.P. Curriculum®.
- Create a safe, caring, and fun classroom environment where children can explore and thrive.
- Assist with classroom activities, learning centers, and group play.
- Provide support with daily routines including meals, nap time, and transitions.
- Build strong relationships with families through positive communication.
- Maintain a clean, organized classroom that meets state licensing standards.
- Step into classrooms as needed to ensure ratios and continuity of care.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; coursework in Early Childhood Education (ECE) preferred.
- Experience working with infants, toddlers, or preschoolers a plus.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred (training available).
- Must meet all state-specific childcare licensing requirements.
