The Learning Experience in Collierville, TN is hiring a joyful and energetic Toddler Teacher to help little learners explore, grow, and develop independence in a nurturing classroom environment. What You’ll Do
- Create a warm, safe, and engaging environment for children ages 12–24 months
- Support early social, language, and motor development through play-based learning
- Follow daily classroom routines including diapering, meals, and transitions
- Communicate consistently with parents to build positive relationships
- Implement TLE’s award-winning L.E.A.P. Curriculum®
- Maintain a clean, organized, and joyful classroom
Tennessee Requirement
Must have credentials documented in TNPAL (Tennessee Professional Archive of Learning) and meet Tennessee child-care training standards. Infant/Toddler Certification or Pyramid Plus credential is a strong plus.
