Lead Preschool Teacher (ECE Certified) – The Learning Experience Littleton

About the Role
The Learning Experience – Littleton is hiring a committed and enthusiastic Lead Preschool Teacher to support our growing preschool program. Our center offers an engaging, child-centered environment where children ages 2.5–4 develop confidence, curiosity, and early academic skills through play-based learning.
We are looking for an ECE-certified educator who is passionate about creating meaningful learning experiences and fostering strong classroom communities.
What You’ll Do
- Lead a preschool classroom and support assistant teachers with guidance and daily collaboration.
- Establish a warm, structured, and developmentally appropriate learning space for all children.
- Deliver The Learning Experience L.E.A.P. Curriculum, promoting social-emotional growth, early literacy, math readiness, and creative expression.
- Maintain strong communication with families, sharing updates and developmental progress.
- Work closely with center leadership to uphold quality standards and support enrollment goals.
Qualifications

ECE certification required for a Lead Preschool Teacher role.
- Minimum 6 months of classroom experience (1 year preferred).
- Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education strongly preferred.
- Solid understanding of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
- Must meet all Massachusetts EEC licensing requirements.
