Infant Teacher

Salary: $16 to $18 per hour
Location: Spring Hill, TN
Schedule: Monday through Friday (No weekends)

The Learning Experience in Spring Hill is hiring a loving and patient Infant Teacher to nurture our youngest learners in a warm, safe, and caring environment. If you enjoy supporting babies as they grow, bond, and reach new milestones, this is the perfect role for you.

What You Will Do

Create a nurturing, safe, and engaging classroom for infants ages 6 weeks to 12 months
 Support early cognitive, emotional, and physical development through sensory and responsive caregiving
 Follow daily routines including diapering, feeding, and naps
 Communicate regularly with parents to share updates and build trust
 Implement TLE’s award winning LEAP Curriculum
 Maintain a clean, organized, and joyful classroom

Tennessee Requirement

Must have credentials documented in TNPAL and meet Tennessee child care training standards. Infant and Toddler Certification or Pyramid Plus credential is a strong plus.

What We Are Looking For

Experience working with infants in childcare, daycare, or preschool preferred
 Positive, reliable, and highly attentive to safety and detail
