The Learning Experience in Elk Grove is hiring a loving and patient Infant Teacher to nurture and care for our youngest learners in a safe, warm, and engaging environment. If you have a passion for helping babies reach new milestones and want to make a meaningful impact every day, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
What You’ll Do
- Create a nurturing, clean, and safe classroom for infants ages 6 weeks to 12 months
- Provide individualized care that supports each child’s feeding, sleeping, and developmental needs
- Foster social, emotional, and cognitive growth through gentle interaction and sensory play
- Follow daily care routines including diapering, feeding, and nap schedules
- Communicate regularly with parents to share updates and build trusting relationships
- Implement TLE’s award-winning L.E.A.P. Curriculum® to encourage early learning and development
California Requirements
- Must meet California Community Care Licensing requirements — minimum 12 ECE/CD units
- Infant/Toddler units are preferred (verification required prior to hire)

- Experience working with infants in a childcare, daycare, or preschool setting preferred
