Duties
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to our office team with a range of tasks including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
- Be the friendly voice that greets and assists clients over the phone, ensuring they are directed to the right person or service.
- Lend a helping hand to our in-room staff, offering the support they need to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
- Assist in the organization and coordination of office activities, meetings, and schedules.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of office records, documents, and information.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred but not mandatory.
- At least one year of experience in an administrative support role is ideal, but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to operate standard office equipment, such as printers, fax machines, and phone systems.
- A commitment to maintaining high levels of confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to assist in-room staff as required, showcasing a cooperative and supportive attitude.
- A current CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain one upon hiring would be an asset.
