Job Summary
We are seeking two passionate and dedicated childcare providers to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children of various ages. In this role, you will support early childhood development by implementing age-appropriate activities, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and fostering positive behavior. Your energetic approach will help children explore, learn, and grow while providing peace of mind to families. Responsibilities
- Supervise children during playtime, meals, naps, and educational activities to promote safety and well-being
- Plan and facilitate engaging activities that support developmental milestones for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment in accordance with health and safety standards
- Communicate effectively with parents or guardians about their child's progress, needs, and daily experiences
- Administer basic first aid when necessary and respond promptly to any emergencies or behavioral challenges
- Support children with disabilities or special needs by adapting activities and providing personalized care
- Assist with diapering, feeding, dressing, and other daily routines to promote independence
Requirements
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices
- Certification in first aid and CPR is highly preferred but can be completed upon employment
- Ability to handle behavior management techniques positively and effectively
- Experience caring for infants and children with patience and compassion
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with families and team members
- Experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
- MUST be able to pass a drug test and background checks (CBI and TRAILS)
- Willing to complete state required courses (free of charge) in a timely manner upon hire.

Pay: $15.16 - $17.00 per hour
