What are the responsibilities and job description for the Registered Behavior Technician position at The Learning Center?
- Assist in implementation of behavior program for programming as instructed by Board Certified Behavior Analyst
- Prepare materials/activities for implementing program plan and provide all required data.
- Participate as needed to assist with families, professionals and staff for implementation of program plan.
- Attend training programs and program activities as deemed necessary by the Executive Director and ABA Directors.
- Implement individual objectives with children and record data as directed by BCBA.
- Maintain protection of client privacy regarding any information maintained by the organization regarding services and/or operations. Will access only client information needed for the implementation of activities required for this position.
Education, Certificates and Licensures:
High School diploma or equivalent, First Aid/CPR certification required or obtaining, plus 40 hours of training in Principals of ABA. Must pass an implementation test and competency assessment. Must pass an RBT examination based on the RBT Task List administered through Pearson Professional Centers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 – 40 per week
