Toddler Teacher
The Learning Adventure – Lexington, KY
Are you passionate about helping little ones grow, learn, and explore the world around them? The Learning Adventure is looking for a dedicated Toddler Teacher to join our team!
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm
Responsibilities
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and fun activities
- Foster a safe, nurturing, and positive classroom environment
- Support toddlers in developing independence, social skills, and early learning milestones
- Communicate daily with parents about their child’s progress and needs
- Work collaboratively with co-teachers and leadership to maintain a strong team culture
- Ensure health, safety, and licensing standards are met at all times
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (CDA or early childhood coursework preferred)
- Experience working with young children, preferably toddlers, in a childcare setting
- Strong communication, patience, and teamwork skills
- Reliable, responsible, and enthusiastic about early childhood education
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and engage in active play with children
