Full Time position now available now at our Lexington location. Sense of humor helpful!Job Description:Serve as a resource and leader to all personnel, striving to create and maintain a professional and motivating work environment.Ensure the safety and supervision of children ages Infants- Pre-K.Use our communication tools to develop relationships with the parents of our studentsAssist the Center Director with adherence to childcare licensing requirements as well as internal policies of the company.Understand, manage, and track expenses, revenue, and goals for annual budgeting.Substituting as Center Director in the event of their absence.Review staffing needs, scheduling, and classroom assignments. Establish and maintain effective communication with children, parents and staff.Contribute to our positive atmosphere with flexibility and your joy in teaching young childrenDesired Qualifications:2 years’ experience teaching Infants, Toddlers, and/or Preschoolers in an EEC licensed settingDemonstrated leadership qualitiesMust be able to function independently within the Microsoft Office suite of productsStrong customer service and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and remain organizedAbility to work within regular operating hours· EEC (MA Dept.
