Job Description
We’re hiring motivated individuals to join our field marketing team and help homeowners explore options to lower their electricity costs.
This is not easy work, but it is straightforward, and no experience is required. We train everything you need to know.
Our team works directly with top-rated solar installers in Southern California, helping homeowners replace expensive utility bills with more affordable energy solutions.
What this role is
Your job is to talk with homeowners and set appointments for a solar consultation.
- You are NOT selling solar
- You are NOT closing deals
- You are NOT collecting money
You are simply setting up a time for a licensed consultant to meet with the homeowner.
How solar works (high level)
Homeowners typically go solar by lowering their monthly electricity costs, not by paying a large upfront price.
The conversation is centered around replacing an expensive electric bill with a lower, fixed energy bill.
This makes the role easy to learn and approachable for homeowners.
Pay Structure
We offer two pay options:
- $25/hour
- OR commission-based pay
You’ll learn about both options in detail during our in-person interview.
Training & Support
- Full training provided
- All tools supplied
- Proven system and clear expectations
The main requirements are consistency, effort, and coachability.
Work Expectations
- Meet at the office in Simi Valley
- Work in the field 5 days per week
- Be reliable and on time
- Work well within a team environment
