Job Responsibilities:

• Creating and implementing curriculum in the assigned classroom.
• Fulfilling requirements of each student's IEP.
• Solid organization skills and ability to delegate.
• Use of effective communication to share ideas and strategies with students.
• Willingness to learn and implement behavior management techniques.
• Teamwork with peers in assigned program to maintain a positive working environment that contributes to student success.
• Understanding of computers and willingness to provide in-person and virtual learning opportunities for
