What are the responsibilities and job description for the Junior Accountant position at The LCF Group, Inc.?
The LCF Group, Inc. is a growing financial services organization headquartered in New Hyde Park, New York. Since 2011, we have provided funding solutions to small businesses nationwide and continue to expand our operations across multiple business lines. As we grow, we are seeking an ambitious Junior Accountant to join our team and contribute to our continued success.
Location: New Hyde Park, NY (In-office position)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM
Junior Accountant Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Recording daily transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Managing A/R customer billings and cash receipts.
- Conducting bank reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy.
- Processing wires, ACH payments, checks, and credit card transactions.
- Providing accounting-related requests and reports both internally and externally.
Junior Accountant Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s Degree (required)
- 1 year of financial, accounting, taxation or audit experience with a willingness to grow alongside our company.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple assignments.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
