Front Counter Helper

We're looking for a friendly, organized Front Counter Parts Person to joining our team. If you enjoy helping customers, know your way around outdoor power equipment, and can keep a parts department running smoothly, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• - Assist customers at the counter with parts lookups and purchases
• - Use manufacturer systems (STIHL, Toro, etc.) to identify correct parts
• - Answer phone calls and provide excellent customer service
• - Maintain parts inventory, restock shelves, and receive shipments.
• - Work closely with mechanics to supply parts for repairs.
• - Keep the front counter clean, organized and customer ready.
