Lawn & Landscape Team Member – Joplin, MO
Pay: $15.00–$16.00 per hour

We are looking for a dependable Lawn & Landscape Team Member to join our Joplin team.
Experience Is Great. Character Is More Important.
Lawn or landscape experience is a plus, but it is not required. We can teach the skills to someone who has the right attitude and is willing to learn.

What You'll Do
Your work may include:
- Lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing
- Landscape maintenance and bed care
- Shrub and plant trimming
- Mulch and rock installation
- Landscape cleanups
- Plant and sod installation
- Fertilization and weed control
- Other lawn and landscape projects
This is a physical, outdoor position, so you need to be comfortable working outside in Joplin's heat, cold, and changing weather.
Pay, Hours & Opportunity
Starting Pay: $15.00–$16.00 per hour
Typical Schedule: 25–35 hours per week, depending on weather, season, and workload.
This is an entry-level position, but it doesn't have to stay that way.
