The Standard
Our lawn maintenance foremen are expected to:
- Show up early, prepared, and ready to lead
- Run efficient daily routes with urgency and structure
- Maintain consistent quality across every property
- Protect equipment, people, and client assets
- Communicate clearly and proactively with leadership
- Take full ownership of results — no excuses
This is a leadership position, not a driver role with a title.
What You Will Be Responsible For
- Leading a lawn maintenance crew on daily service routes
- Executing mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing to defined standards
- Ensuring properties are clean, consistent, and complete before leaving
- Managing route efficiency and time on site
- Training crew members on quality, safety, and expectations
- Holding crew members accountable for performance and behavior
- Reporting job progress, issues, and needs to leadership
- Representing the company professionally at all times
Who This Role Is For

- Has strong lawn maintenance experience and understands production work
- Has led people before or naturally steps into leadership
- Values efficiency, consistency, and clean execution

Minimum Requirements
- Proven lawn maintenance experience
- Demonstrated leadership ability
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
- High level of personal accountability

Pay: $22.50 - $27.50 per hour
