Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Baltimore, MD for a Paralegal/Legal Assistant. You will also fulfill administrative tasks, manage communications, and provide general support to attorneys to ensure the smooth operation of the practice.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in legal practices, including knowledge of law and legal procedures;
- Experience in preparing pleadings and familiarity with related software, such as e-filing;
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to work effectively with clients and team members;
- Administrative Assistance experience, including scheduling, file management, and office operations;
- Background or experience as a Legal Assistant is highly beneficial; and
