We are currently seeking a driven and experienced Litigation Attorney to join our team full-time at our Temecula office.
Job Description:
This role is ideal for an attorney with a minimum of 5 years of litigation experience who is ready to take ownership of their cases and work closely with a team of seasoned professionals. This is a fully on-site position (no remote work). You’ll be handling all phases of litigation with an emphasis on business-related disputes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a litigation caseload from start to finish
- Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Conduct depositions and court appearances
- Develop case strategies and advise clients
- Participate in settlement negotiations and trial preparation
- Work collaboratively with firm attorneys and support staff
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Active California Bar license in good standing (Required)
- 3–5 years of experience in litigation, preferably in business law or employment defense
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines effectively
