Intake Specialist
Our firm is seeking an intake specialist to join our office near the Galleria. You must have at least THREE (3) years of prior personal injury experience.
Responsibilities
- Case sign up and screening
- Open new files
- Send Letter of Protection
- Send Letter of Representation
- Send e-docs for signature
- Obtain all information required to open claim
- Set up claims
- Assist new clients with property damage questions
- Maintain frequent communication with clients
- Enter all case information properly on our Neos software
Minimum Qualifications
- Bilingual
- Two years of personal injury experience
