- Manage and organize large volumes of legal documents, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Draft, review, and proofread legal documents such as pleadings, discovery requests, agreements, and correspondence with precision and clarity.
- Assist attorneys with case preparation by performing data entry, and maintaining detailed case files.
- Coordinate depositions, interviews, and court filings while managing deadlines efficiently through project management tools.
- Perform legal case management tasks including tracking case progress, updating databases, and managing document review workflows.
- Provide executive administrative support by handling scheduling, phone etiquette, organizing meetings, and supporting overall office organization to ensure smooth operations.
- Thirty-hour per week billable hour requirement
- Fluency in Spanish required
- 5 years of paralegal experience required. Experience in family, matrimonial, and guardianship law strongly preferred
- Proven paralegal experience supporting litigation teams within a busy law office environment.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and NYSCEF required.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent writing skills for drafting legal documents.
- Effective interviewing skills for client interactions; strong communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette are required.

Pay: $80,000 to $95,000 per year
