This is a full-time remote role for a Certified Paralegal. The Certified Paralegal will be responsible for preparing and reviewing legal documents, performing legal research, and ensuring compliance with legal procedures. Daily tasks will also include supporting attorneys with case management, maintaining accurate legal records, and communicating effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of Law and experience in Legal Document Preparation
- Proficiency in Research and Document Review
- Excellent Communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Paralegal certification or equivalent qualification required
- Proficiency in relevant legal software and technology is preferred
- Previous experience in family law or tenant/landlord law is a plus
