Job responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients as they arrive to the office. General visitor management including seating, refreshments, etc.
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or team member
- Schedule client appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Verify and update client information
- Collect client payments
- Prepare and organize client files for upcoming meetings
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, mailing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Accept and route packages and other various mailing to appropriate team members
- Provide excellent customer service to our clients and their families
-Open/close office including maintaining beverages, open/close blinds, etc.
- Monitor, Order, and stock kitchen with supplies
- Maintain kitchen neatness
- Assorted office duties as required
Work Hours and Benefits:
- Full-time, Monday – Friday 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., with a one-hour lunch
