We are a fast-growing, client-focused estate planning law firm seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our team. Our practice focuses on estate planning, probate, and trust administration, and we are known for providing a high-touch, relationship-driven experience for our clients.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is early in their legal career (or transitioning into estate planning) and is eager to learn, grow, and take ownership of meaningful client work. The right candidate will play a key role in guiding clients through important life decisions and ensuring a smooth, organized process from start to finish.

This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and thrives in a structured, process-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct trust administrations and probate matters under attorney supervision, including preparation of inventories, accountings, and related documentation
  • Communicate with clients, trustees, personal representatives, courts, and third parties to gather and provide information
  • Prepare and review trust funding documents, including deeds, beneficiary designations, and asset transfer forms
  • Assist in drafting estate planning documents, including revocable trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives
  • Lead client signing meetings with professionalism and confidence, ensuring documents are properly executed and clients feel supported and informed
  • Assemble and organize estate planning binders and client deliverables
  • Maintain accurate and organized client files, both digital and physical
  • Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and assist with phone support as needed
  • Utilize and follow firm systems and CRM to track tasks, deadlines, and client communication
  • Prepare weekly client status reports and proactively identify next steps on active matters
  • Perform general administrative and paralegal support tasks as needed

Qualifications & Skills

  • Enrollment in or completion of an Associate’s Degree or Certificate in Paralegal Studies (or equivalent experience)
  • Notary Public license (preferred or willingness to obtain)
  • Strong client service skills with a professional, warm, and confident communication style
  • Exceptional attention to detail and proofreading ability
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines simultaneously
  • Ability to follow systems and processes while also thinking critically and anticipating next steps
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Comfortable working in a technology-driven, process-oriented environment (CRM experience is a plus)
  • Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team member

What We’re Looking For

  • Someone who takes ownership of their work and follows through without constant supervision
  • Someone who anticipates needs rather than waits for direction
  • Someone who values structure, organization, and doing things the right way
  • Someone who genuinely cares about client experience and making people feel supported
  • Someone who is eager to grow within the firm and take on increasing responsibility over time

Why Join Our Team

  • Opportunity to learn estate planning, probate, and trust administration from an experienced attorney
