This position requires a dedicated professional who demonstrates an exceptional work ethic and can independently manage estate probate matters from start to finish. Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys with all aspects of estate probate proceedings
- Prepare and file probate documents with New Jersey courts
- Communicate with beneficiaries, executors, and other parties
- Manage estate administration timelines and deadlines
- Coordinate with financial institutions, appraisers, and other professionals
- Maintain detailed case files and documentation
Key Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of New Jersey probate experience required
- Demonstrated ability to handle estate probate matters of varying complexity
- Strong knowledge of New Jersey probate laws and procedures
- New York probate experience is a plus
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously
