Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Probate Paralegal located in Greensboro, NC. The Probate Paralegal will be responsible for managing, working and finalizing probate cases. Daily tasks will include communicating with clients, processing and progressing the detailed information required to probate a case, filing court documents, and finalizing probate matters.
Qualifications
- Background and Experience in Probate is required. Do Not Apply unless you have experience taking Probate Matters from Start to Finish.
- Strong Communication and Client Interaction skills
- Experience in Probate Cases and Probate Finalization.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency with legal software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
- Paralegal certification or relevant educational background.
