Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive individual for the role of Client Engagement Advisor in a full-time, hybrid capacity. Based in Gilbert, AZ, this role offers the flexibility of partial remote work. The Client Engagement Advisor reports to the Director of Client Engagement and will focus on establishing and managing client relationships, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring 5 star hospitality level customer service.
The Client Engagement Advisor is a non-attorney role focused on compassionate client intake
and consultative sales primarily for our Criminal Defense Division but will expand to our Personal Injury and Estate Planning Division Services as well.
This position will serve as the welcoming first point of contact for individuals facing serious, often life-altering criminal charges.
With genuine empathy and understanding, the chosen candidate will pre-qualify leads, conduct
thoughtful initial consultations, introduce prospects to our law firm Brand and address concerns, build trusting relationships, and guide prospective clients toward engaging our firm's legal services.
The primary responsibility is sales: converting qualified Prospective New Clients (PNCs) into
engaged clients while ensuring a smooth, supportive handoff to the legal team for final approval.
The Client Engagement Advisor will secure signed Legal Services Agreements, collect
payments or down payments (facilitating payment plans when needed), and gather essential
documents for successful case onboarding—all handled with care, professionalism, and a
commitment to helping people in difficult times.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Client Relations and nurturing Client Loyalty
- Empathetic and a Strong Communicator
- Min of 1 year of Sales Experience (preferable high end luxury services/products)
- Proven ability to drive High Level of Customer Satisfaction and address client needs
- Exceptional Communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience in Customer Service with a focus on delivering a high-quality 5 Star experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (HubSpot) and maintaining a sales pipeline
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in communication or hospitality customer service are a plus
Compensation:
Compensation for the position consist of a set salary and a healthy robust bonus commission structure.
