Role Description The Paralegal is a full-time, on-site role based in Falls Church, VA, operating Monday through Friday during normal business hours. Responsibilities include:
- Drafting and editing pleadings
- Supporting the attorneys in litigation form investigation to trial
- Working on our case management system
- Tracking deadlines
- Updating files
- Coordinating calenders and scheduling matters
- Communicating with clients
- Learning other aspects of our office systems
- Assisting with other general office tasks
Qualifications
The ideal candidate:
- Is capable, reliable and dependable
- Is detail oriented
- Has experience working in a law firm (but not necessary)
- Is fluent in Spanish
- Is eager to learn and excel
- Is familiar with Microsoft office and Quickbooks
Salary
$40,000-$60,000 depending on skills and experience
